Background and History

From our experience spanning more than 60 years in the sugarcane plantation business, Mitr Phol Group is an expert who knows what sugarcane needs in order to thrive and just how important “soil quality and fertilizers” are. We invest our time and energy to analyze soil nutrients in each geographical location to determine the best fertilizer formulas. Working closely with farmers, we also learned of the high costs of fertilizers and their sub-par standards. That’s why we established Productivity Plus to produce and provide organic and chemical fertilizers with consistent standards at affordable prices for Mitr Phol contract farmers and farmers in surrounding areas. Today, Productivity Plus provides fertilizers for sugarcane growers in Thailand, Lao, and China, with a combined area of 3 million rai. 

We produce 6,000 tons of organic fertilizers and 350,000 tons of chemical fertilizers per year, and operate three plants as follows:
1. Organic fertilizer plant in Phu Khieo district, Chaiyaphum province
2. Savan fertilizer plant in Savannakhet province, Laos
3. Guangxi East Asia Saksiam Fertilizer plant in Nanning, Guangxi, Chinaน
